The VIT-AP Library is centrally air-conditioned, well-protected with fire alarm and CCTV surveillance. It has specialized collections of Books,Print and online Journals & other resources in Science, Engineering and Technology, Humanities,Social Sciences and Management ranging from printed books, e-books, back volumes and CDs\DVDs.
The library subscribes the national and international print, online journals and magazines for its users. It also subscribes the different languages newspapers like English, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. The library have the three reading halls, digital library with 15 Computers, and three discussion rooms with each eight seating capacity. The library is fully automated by using the KOHA Open Source software and RFID technology with self-Issue and Return KIOSK and security gate.
